Stay'ca ("we," "us," or "our") operates stayca.life. We're a family-owned vacation rental company, and we treat your information the way we treat our guests — with care and respect. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Booking information. When you book a stay, our booking system (operated by OwnerRez, our property management platform) collects your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details. Payment card information is processed securely by our payment processor and is never stored on this website.
• Contact information. If you email, call, or text us, we keep the information you share so we can respond and manage your stay.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found us. This uses cookies and similar technologies. It does not identify you personally to us.

How we use it

• To process and manage your reservation, payments, and stay
• To communicate with you before, during, and after your visit
• To improve our website, listings, and guest experience
• To comply with tax and legal obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business: OwnerRez (booking and guest management), our payment processor, Google Analytics (site usage measurement), and cleaning or maintenance partners when needed to service your stay. Each provider is bound to use your information only to provide their service. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Text messages

If you provide your phone number with a booking or inquiry, we may text you about your stay (check-in details, support during your visit, and review requests). Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Cookies and analytics choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Data retention and security

We keep booking records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. Our booking and payment systems use industry-standard encryption in transit.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
