This is The Beach House: a fully fenced coastal retreat with its own pool, covered hot tub, and a backyard built for the kind of vacation you'll still be talking about years from now.

🏡 The Beach House packs more vacation into one lot than most resorts manage in an entire wing. Walk through that hot-pink door into an open great room with a coffered beam ceiling, gray shiplap walls, and coastal art in every direction. Two plush sofas, nautical accent chairs, a giant flat-screen TV, and a foosball table fill the space — it's built for groups who actually want to be together.

Full exclusive access to the entire property — all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and all outdoor spaces including the pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and patios. Self check-in via smart lock; your unique code arrives 24 hours before arrival. Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM. No host on site — complete privacy throughout your stay.

Parking is free. No garage. Please do not block the gate or park on the grass.

The kitchen is wide open to the living area: white shaker cabinets, dark granite countertops, a full stainless appliance suite, and a gooseneck faucet over a window-view sink. Seat everyone at the farmhouse dining table (6+) under a boho chandelier, or pull up a stool at the live-edge wood bar counter.

Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Pets:
WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate non refundable pet fee of $140 per 2 pets per stay max 50 lbs. Please clean after your dog and keep our backyard ready for the next guests.

Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee
Pets- this is Dog friendly, and we love having fur babies. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. Doggie bags provided. Failure to clean up after dogs will result in additional $150 cleaning fee

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and cameras at the front corners of the house and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
