Stay'ca is a family-owned and operated vacation rental company founded by Stephen and Deshawn Clairmont, managing nearly 50 guest-ready homes, suites, and lofts across Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Gulf Coast. With more than five years in short-term rental hospitality, we've built the portfolio one belief at a time: a stay should feel personal, seamless, and worth writing home about. Our story
Stay'ca started in Laurel, Mississippi — the small town the rest of the country met through HGTV's Home Town. As visitors began arriving to see the town from the show, we saw what they really needed: places to stay that felt like Laurel, hosted by people who actually live here. From historic downtown suites, the portfolio grew to the towns we know and love across the Southeast — SEC college towns on game weekends, the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and the Florida beaches.
