🏠 ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step outside your door and you're already somewhere most Auburn rentals can't take you. The Harper Flatts community wraps around a full resort-style pool, a clubhouse with a pool table, arcade machine, and a vaulted lounge made for replaying the game, a real fitness center with a squat rack and cardio, and a business center with actual desks. Two tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball round it out — and the Tiger Transit stop sits right at the community entrance, so campus is a free ride away.
Inside, the freshly renovated third-floor condo opens into a bright, vaulted living space with room for all seven of you to land at once. A deep sectional faces the Smart TV on the navy shiplap wall, the dining nook seats two more, and the breakfast bar pulls up two stools. The kitchen is built for real cooking: stainless appliances, quartz counters, dishwasher, drip coffee maker AND Keurig with a stocked K-cup drawer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, cutting boards, a full cocktail set, wine glasses, spices, and pantry basics.
Then there's the balcony — covered, deep, and strung with café lights, with an outdoor sofa at one end and a bistro table at the other. Morning coffee on one end of the day, pre-game drinks on the other, and the courtyard and pool spread out below.
🛏 THE BEDROOMS
Primary suite (sleeps 2): king bed, private ensuite bath with a double vanity and tub-shower, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, reading armchair, and its own Smart TV — the room for the couple or the grandparents who want a door to close.
Second bedroom (sleeps 4): two queen beds, its own full bath with a second double vanity and tub-shower, a Smart TV, and a two-person desk with lighted mirrors — equal parts study, glam station, and workspace.
Guest 7: the living-room sectional, or ask us for the air mattress.
Two full bathrooms and four sinks mean nobody waits in line on game-day morning.
In-unit washer and dryer let you pack light. Hair dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are all here. Small dogs are welcome with prior approval, so nobody has to stay home.

Check-in is contact-free at 4:00 PM via keypad; your code arrives in your prearrival message after a quick, app-free digital check-in through Happy Guest (photo ID, digital rental agreement, and a fully refundable $250 hold — or an optional $40 damage waiver instead). Your Guest Portal includes a personalized guidebook, home details, and optional late checkout (12 PM for $25 or 4 PM for $50, approval required).
🚗 PARKING
Two dedicated parking spaces are included at no charge — pull in and you're settled. Just display the parking pass (waiting in the unit) on your windshield at all times. Street parking nearby handles an extra vehicle, and Tiger Transit runs from the community entrance, so your car never has to fight stadium traffic on a football Saturday.

We keep it simple so everyone has a great stay:

• 7 guests maximum · No parties or events
• No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony ($500 fee if detected)
• Small dogs welcome with prior approval — $25 per dog, per night
• Third-floor unit with stair access only — no elevator
• Please return the key fob, parking pass, and TV remotes to their labeled spots before checkout ($100 per item if missing)
