🏠 ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step outside your door and you're already somewhere most Auburn rentals can't take you. The Harper Flatts community wraps around a full resort-style pool, a clubhouse with a pool table, arcade machine, and a vaulted lounge made for replaying the game, a real fitness center with a squat rack and cardio, and a business center with actual desks. Two tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball round it out — and the Tiger Transit stop sits right at the community entrance, so campus is a free ride away.
This one is different from the rest of our Auburn condos in the best way: it's on the ground floor. Park, walk to the door, and you're in — no stairwell with the luggage, no climb after a late night downtown. The French doors in the living room open straight onto a private covered patio with two rocking chairs and a side table, and past the rail it's lawn, a walking path, and the community pool. Morning coffee happens out here. So does the last drink of the night.
Inside, the freshly renovated condo is one bright open room: a deep sofa facing the Smart TV over the fireplace, a round dining table for four, and a console behind the sofa with velvet ottomans that pull out when friends stop by. The kitchen is a real one — white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, stainless refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher — with a coffee bar set up on the counter: a Keurig that brews a full pot or a single cup, a stocked K-cup tray, creamers, and a bar tool set. Next to it, a waffle station with the maker, syrup, and toppings already out, because a slow Saturday breakfast is the whole point of a weekend like this.

Full bath: tub-shower combo in white tile with matte-black fixtures, makeup towels, and starter toiletries so you can pack light.
In-unit washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are all here.

Check-in is contact-free at 4:00 PM via keypad; your code arrives in your prearrival message after a quick, app-free digital check-in through Happy Guest (photo ID, digital rental agreement, and a fully refundable $250 hold — or an optional $40 damage waiver instead). Your Guest Portal includes a personalized guidebook, home details, and optional late checkout (12 PM for $25 or 4 PM for $50, approval required).
🚗 PARKING
Free parking right outside the building — pull in and you're settled, with no stairs between the car and your door. Just display the parking pass (waiting in the unit) on your windshield at all times. Tiger Transit runs from the community entrance, so your car never has to fight stadium traffic on a football Saturday.

We keep it simple so everyone has a great stay:

• 4 guests maximum · No parties or events
• No smoking anywhere on the property or patio ($500 fee if detected)

• Minimum age of primary renter is 25
• Ground-floor unit — no stairs
• Please return the key fob, parking pass, and TV remotes to their labeled spots before checkout ($100 per item if missing)
