Someone pulls an iced coffee from the Keurig, someone shakes a pre-game old fashioned, and the rest walk out to the resort pool. Tiger Transit picks up at the gate. After the game, six of you get a real bed, the seventh gets the sectional, and blackout curtains keep Sunday slow.
🧡 THE STAY
The Orange & Blue is a freshly designed, ground-floor two-suite condo at Harper Flatts, about a mile from Jordan-Hare. There are no stairs between the car and your door, which matters more than you'd think with luggage, coolers, strollers, or grandparents in the group. We built it around how an Auburn weekend actually goes: everybody arrives at different times, everybody needs a mirror at the same time, and everybody wants to sleep in after a night game. So there are two suites instead of a bedroom and a hallway, two full baths with double vanities, hotel bedding on every bed, and a kitchen stocked for a tailgate morning or a quiet week of work.
🛏️ BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT (Sleeps 7)
Six real beds across two private suites, plus the sectional for a seventh. Each suite has its own full bath. Ground floor, no stairs to any bed.

🛏 THE NAVY SUITE (sleeps 2)
An upholstered king bed against a navy fan-leaf wallpaper wall, pillow-top mattress pad, bamboo sheets, and hotel pillows. A rust bouclé swivel chair in the corner, a full-length mirror, a Smart TV over a fluted wood dresser, a ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. Your own bath sits right through the door: double vanity, matte black fixtures, and plenty of counter for two.
🧡 THE ORANGE SUITE (sleeps 4)
Two queen beds with cane headboards against a hand-picked terracotta vine wallpaper, chunky blue throws, and blackout curtains. Across the room, two desks sit side by side with leather swivel chairs and lamps, under a wall-mounted Smart TV. It is a study hall for parents' weekend, a getting-ready station for the girls' trip, and a real workspace on a weekday. This suite has its own full bath with a second double vanity, so four sinks across the condo means nobody waits on a noon kickoff.
🐾 PET POLICY
Bring the whole crew, dog included. Small dogs are welcome with prior approval.
• Up to 2 dogs, $25 per dog, per night
• Add your dog to the reservation so we can approve before you arrive
• Please keep dogs off the beds and furniture, and don't leave them alone in the condo
• Pick up after your dog on the Harper Flatts grounds
• Ground floor means no stairs for older pups, and the grass is a short walk from the door
Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
🛋 LIVING & KITCHEN
A deep sectional, soft throws, and Auburn art on the walls make room for the whole group to replay the game. The kitchen is ready for real cooking: full cookware set, knife block, bakeware, a pizza pan, blender, toaster, a Keurig K-Duo that brews hot or iced by the cup or by the carafe, and a mini waffle maker for the Sunday crowd. For the pre-game, there is a 16-piece bartender kit, two cocktail books, wine and rocks glasses, and charcuterie boards and platters.
🧺 THE LITTLE THINGS
Turkish cotton towels, hotel toiletries, makeup towels, a hair dryer, an iron and board, luggage racks so nobody lives out of a suitcase on the floor, and an in-unit washer and dryer so you can pack light.

The whole condo is yours: both suites, both baths, the kitchen, and the living area. Free parking at the building with the parking pass waiting in the unit; keep it on the dash. It's a flat walk from the lot to your ground-floor door, no stairs. On game day, leave the car parked and take Tiger Transit from the community entrance, or walk the 20 minutes to Jordan-Hare with the crowd.
