Step out your door and the Five Points courtyards are already doing half the work. Big Green Egg grilling stations, an outdoor entertainment area built around fire pits, pickleball and basketball courts, and landscaped lawns made for standing around with a drink before kickoff. Free on-site parking means your car never has to fight game-day traffic.
Inside, this is the top-floor unit — the one with the vaulted ceilings. The living room opens up under a brass chandelier against a deep maroon ginkgo accent wall, with wide-plank floors running the length of the space. A deep sectional and two velvet swivel chairs face the Smart TV; sliding glass doors open onto a private covered balcony looking out over the green toward campus. From the primary suite window you can see Davis Wade itself — that's how close this is.
The kitchen is set up for people who actually cook, which matters when you're feeding this many. Stainless appliances — French-door refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher — quartz counters, a full knife block, cutting boards, drip coffee AND a Keurig. There's a proper cocktail kit down to the shaker, jigger, and strainer, bulldog rocks glasses, and a shelf of Williams-Sonoma cookbooks if somebody gets ambitious. Five leather stools pull up to the kitchen peninsula and a long console table seats three more behind the sofa, so the cooking and the pre-game happen in the same room.

Primary suite (sleeps 2): king bed against a maroon accent wall, ceiling fan, and a full ensuite — double vanity with two framed mirrors, a walk-in tiled shower with a rain head, a private water closet, and a walk-in closet with luggage racks already set out.
Second bedroom (sleeps 2): queen bed, its own ensuite bath, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a second walk-in closet.
Bunk room (sleeps up to 10): two full-over-full bunks — four full-size beds, not twins — plus pull-out trundles underneath, a ceiling fan, and a full bath a few steps away. Grown adults sleep comfortably in here, which is the whole point.
That bunk room is why this place works for groups that normally have to split across two rentals. Very few places this close to campus sleep thirteen.
