🏠 ABOUT THIS SPACE
This is Building 234, Unit 203 — one flight up, on the back side of the building where the parking lot noise doesn't reach. Over 1,600 square feet, three bedrooms, and a set of French doors in the living room that open onto a private balcony with a white rail and a green view. That balcony is the reason people book this unit twice.
The living room is soft and grown-up: a greige sofa under a gold-framed landscape oil, a boucle swivel chair, a round wood coffee table, twin ceramic lamps, and a wall-mounted Smart TV over a cane-front sideboard. Wide-plank floors run through the living and kitchen, plush carpet in every bedroom.
The kitchen is a full one: quartz counters, stainless GE appliances — French-door refrigerator, range, over-range microwave, dishwasher — a black gooseneck faucet, cutting boards, a knife block, coffee, wine glasses, and salt, pepper and olive oil already at the stove so you're not buying a whole pantry for a weekend. Four brass-and-cane stools pull up to the peninsula. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit, behind louvered doors in the hall.

Primary suite (sleeps 2): king bed with a cream wingback headboard, matched nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted Smart TV over a burl-wood console, and a full ensuite — double vanity with two framed mirrors, a frameless glass walk-in shower, a private water closet and a walk-in closet.
Second bedroom (sleeps 2): queen bed, its own full bath, ceiling fan, a reading chair in the corner and a burl-wood console.
Third bedroom (sleeps 2): full bed with matched antique pine nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, and its own full bath a step away.
Living room: the sofa comfortably takes a seventh.
Three full bathrooms plus a half bath off the hallway, so nobody is queuing on a Saturday morning. Hair dryer, iron and board, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all here.
🌿 WHY PET-FREE MATTERS HERE
We keep two of our Five Points units open to dogs. This one we deliberately don't. If somebody in your group has allergies — or you just want a place that's never had a dog in it — book Tranquil Nest and stop reading the fine print on everybody else's listing.
