Three bedrooms, three full baths plus a half. Davis Wade is a fifteen-minute walk, and the dog is welcome.
🏠 ABOUT THIS SPACE
This is Building 214, Unit 201 — second floor, one flight up, over 1,600 square feet. Everything opens off one long run: the entry with its cowhide rug and olive tree, the kitchen peninsula, then the living room at the far end with light coming in through French doors.
The living room is the reason. A greige sofa under a gold-framed landscape oil, two cream boucle swivel chairs facing a wall-mounted Smart TV on a cane-and-oak sideboard, an arched brass floor lamp, and a vintage-wash rug over wide-plank floors. The French doors open onto a private balcony with a white rail and a tree view — coffee in the morning, somewhere to stand with a drink at night.
The kitchen is a full one: quartz counters, stainless GE appliances — French-door refrigerator, range, over-range microwave, dishwasher — a black gooseneck faucet, cutting boards, a knife block, coffee, and wine glasses. Four brass-and-boucle stools pull up to the peninsula, so whoever's cooking is still in the conversation. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit, behind louvered doors in the hall.

Primary suite (sleeps 2): king bed with a cream wingback headboard, matched nightstands and lamps, two brown velvet swivel chairs by the window, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a full ensuite — double vanity with two framed mirrors, a frameless glass walk-in shower, a private water closet and a walk-in closet.
Second bedroom (sleeps 2): queen bed, its own wall-mounted Smart TV, a burl-wood console, ceiling fan, and its own full bath.
Third bedroom (sleeps 2): full bed with antique pine nightstands, ceiling fan, and its own full bath a step away.
Living room: the sofa comfortably takes a seventh.
Three Smart TVs, three full bathrooms and a half bath off the hallway — nobody is queuing on a Saturday morning, and nobody's fighting over the remote either. Hair dryer, iron and board, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper towels are all here.
🐶 BRINGING THE DOG
Up to two dogs are welcome. There are bowls waiting by the front door, and Five Points has a gated pet retreat on site — no leash walk down a public road at 6 a.m.
