🏠 ABOUT THIS SPACE
This is Building 234, Unit 103 — first floor, flat entry, no steps from the parking lot to the front door. If somebody in your group is travelling with a knee, a stroller, a grandparent, or four bags of tailgate gear, this is the unit you want. It's the same 1,600-plus-square-foot three-bedroom floorplan as the rest of Five Points, just without the climb.
Inside, the front door opens onto wide-plank floors and a cowhide rug, with the kitchen straight ahead and the living room beyond it. The living room is built around a deep olive velvet sofa, a boucle swivel chair, and a round wood coffee table under an oversized abstract canvas — sheer curtains, a vintage-wash rug, warm brass lamps. It's a room people actually sit down in.
The kitchen is a full one: quartz counters, stainless GE appliances including a French-door refrigerator, range, over-range microwave and dishwasher, a black gooseneck faucet, cutting boards, a knife block, coffee, and a set of wine glasses. Four brass-and-boucle stools pull up to the peninsula, so whoever's cooking is still in the conversation. There's a full-size washer and dryer in the unit — not a stacked apartment pair, real machines behind louvered doors in the hall.

Primary suite (sleeps 2): king bed with a cream wingback headboard, matched nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a full ensuite — double vanity with two framed mirrors, a frameless glass walk-in shower, a private water closet, and a walk-in closet.
Second bedroom (sleeps 2): queen bed, its own full bath, a ceiling fan, a reading chair in the corner and a burl-wood console.
Third bedroom (sleeps 2): full bed with antique pine nightstands, ceiling fan, and its own full bath a step away.
Living room: the sofa comfortably takes a seventh.
Three full bathrooms plus a half bath off the hallway, so nobody is queuing on a Saturday morning. Hair dryer, iron and board, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all here.
🐶 BRINGING THE DOG
Up to two dogs are welcome. There are bowls waiting by the front door, and Five Points has a gated pet retreat on site — no leash walk down a public road at 6 a.m. Being on the ground floor makes the late-night let-out a twenty-second trip instead of a project.

Check-in is contact-free at 4:00 PM via keypad; your code arrives in your prearrival message once you've finished a quick, app-free digital check-in through Happy Guest (photo ID, digital rental agreement, and a fully refundable $250 hold — or an optional $40 damage waiver instead). Your Guest Portal includes a personalized guidebook, home details, local favorites, and optional late checkout (12 PM for $25 or 4 PM for $50, approval required).
